TrackMAPP
Interactive last mile delivery
TrackMAPP is a visual and instantaneous tracking service via a map, making it possible to manage this last segment of deliveries. Planning is optimized, and makes it possible to better understand the complexity of very short delivery times or reduced time slots. The customer can thus, by connecting via a link sent by email or sms, access the route of the delivery person, and follow the route of the latter in real time. The configuration can be fully customized, with alerts sent to the customer at predetermined times.
